Free Online Consultation

Long before your arrival in Turkey, you have the opportunity to benefit from our free consultation service. You can reach us via Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and Viber to receive detailed information about limb lengthening methods, pre- and post-surgery procedures, and our services.
We offer free consultations to all potential patients because we strongly believe that you have the right to learn every detail about limb lengthening before making a decision and proceeding with the treatment.
Our patient consultant will provide you with all the information you need about limb lengthening surgery. However, if you would like to receive more technical and detailed insights about surgical techniques, materials, and devices — or simply have an online consultation with our surgeon — you can request a paid video consultation session through your patient consultant.
This special service comes with an additional fee of $100.
Making a Decision and Reservation Process
After obtaining all the necessary information, you can decide on your surgical method, the part of the limb to be operated on (femur or tibia for legs, humerus for arms), your surgery date, and whether you will remain in Turkey for the duration of your treatment or return home after a short hospital stay.
By correctly filling out the form provided by our patient consultant, you share your decisions and preferences with us. This allows us to deliver the highest quality service in the shortest possible time. Please note that you can still change your final decision about the surgical method until the day of your operation. If you have difficulties making a choice, your patient consultant will always be available to provide additional guidance.

Reservation and Payment Terms
- At the reservation stage, 10% of the total payment is taken as a deposit, and a deposit agreement valid for 6 months is signed. This guarantees that the surgery cost remains fixed for 6 months.
- To avoid delays in the surgery date, the remaining 90% of the payment and accommodation fee must be paid 2–3 weeks before arrival in Turkey, as bank transfers may take time.
- If the payment is made in cash, it can be delivered to the company’s accountant 1 day before surgery.
